Unveiling Nigeria’s hydra-headed monster

It was an interface between culture and literature recently when Otu Ugo Cultural Group thrilled the guests at the launch of the book Corruption in Nigeria Exposed written by Chuks Nwaze, forensic consultant and trainer. The event held at the Banker’s House, Victoria Island, Lagos. The performance of the group added color to the event attended by the Pro-Chancellor of the University of Lagos, and the chairman of the occasion, Dr Gamaliel Onosode and Dr. Michael Omolayole as the co-chairman. Onosode described the book as a compendium of stories and realities of what is happening in Nigeria, pointing out that Nigeria didn’t invent corruption but a creation of the human mind. He said that the present times have been characterized by global competition, noting that corruption though an aberration, does not characterize an individual or nation. ... Full story
